Committed to sustainability and a 'zero-waste ethos' Orla will be using a range of fresh, local ingredients from the stalls of the renowned English Market to create seasonal tasting and sharing plates - perfect for summer gatherings.

A 100-seat Festival Cooking Demo Marquee and Festival Market will take place on Emmet Place (outside the Cork Opera House) all weekend with a host of exciting talks, demos and tastings. Featuring demos from Michelin Star Chefs Takashi Miyazaki's from Ichigo Ichie and Rob Krawczyk from Chestnut, Hell's Kitchen winner Chris O'Sullivan, Rachel Allen from Ballymaloe Cookery School, Aishing Moore from Goldie, the Bean Queen Ali Honour, and many more.
