Cork City Council has delivered Affordable Housing at several schemes throughout the city at the locations below. All Affordable Housing schemes in Cork City are currently closed to new applicants but new schemes will be added throughout 2024 in due course.

  • Cluain Chaoin, Kerry Road, Tower, Cork
  • Ardrostig, Bishopstown, Cork
  • Heathfield, Carriganarra, Ballincollig, Cork
  • Danesfort, White's Cross, Cork

Cork City Council will publicly advertise, via print and social media, Affordable Housing Schemes when available, for the benefit of interested parties.

These advertisements will direct interested parties to the appropriate website/online platform from where they will be able to access the respective documentation (application forms, FAQs, eligibility criteria, income limits, etc.).

Cork City Council, in partnership with Vella Homes, are delighted to launch this exciting new affordable scheme in Danesfort, Whites Cross, Cork.

A total of 64 homes, comprising 58 three-bed houses and 6 two-bed houses are being made available for sale under the Local Authority Affordable Purchase Scheme.
